"Paid for signed shipping but got economy instead"
I ordered some hub rings and paid for international shipping online. Performance Alloys reached out to inform me that the amount I paid wasn’t enough for international signed delivery. They ended up sending it with an economy label. It’s been two weeks now, and guess what? The package still hasn’t shown up.

"Best service I've ever experienced!"
Honestly, this is the finest service I've gotten from any company. Seriously. First off, I bought my alloy as a single piece—needed a replacement (not a full set) after I hit a pothole. Next, the price was fantastic. I was honestly surprised given what I shelled out for 4 new ones from R-tec a couple of years back. And to top it off, it showed up the very next day. Gotta say, I'm really pleased and will definitely order again (fingers crossed I steer clear of those potholes).

I faced a hold-up with my order because the item I wanted was out of stock. Andy reached out to me through email to inform me about the delay and provided a timeline for when I could expect the part to be sent out.
The parts showed up just as described, and they were shipped through DHL, so there were no hiccups with the delivery.

"Received my order, but there's a hiccup..."
The order went smoothly, but ever since I got them installed, I've noticed a warning light on my TPMS. I think the sensors might not have been put in right, 'cause I can't spot any on the wheels. Can you take a look at this for me?

"Best Service Around for a 20” Alloy!"
These folks are truly the best! I was on the hunt for a 20” alloy for my BMW, and let me tell you, I reached out to a bunch of other places, but none were any good. I called these guys, and they were super helpful, getting me sorted out right away. The delivery came in under 24 hours, which was really impressive. "Truly outstanding experience"
This was truly an outstanding experience. Living in the US, I found a set of wheels that you just can't buy anymore. (Pretty sure I snagged the last one). Jason was fantastic, and the shipping from the UK to the States was super quick and budget-friendly. I’ll definitely be back for more and will spread the word whenever I can.

"Awesome LED Rear Lights for My Ranger"
I placed my order on Friday and they showed up by Monday. I got them installed on Wednesday (man, it’s been freezing!!!). It took me around half an hour, and they’re fantastic—exactly what I needed. The reverse light and fog light work great, and I’m really happy with them. I’ll surely be back for more!
